About Us

ZAN AKIKAT LLP is a law firm that helps entrepreneurs and companies in Kazakhstan (Almaty and remotely) to solve business problems: debt collection, claims work, contractual expertise, commercial disputes and court, support of enforcement proceedings and transactions with foreign counterparties.

It is important for candidates: we work “on the case”, with clear tasks and deadlines — from analyzing documents and negotiations to preparing procedural documents and case management. We value responsibility, competent writing, the ability to quickly understand contracts and correspondence, as well as focus on the client's results.

If you are interested in developing in B2B law, getting an internship in contracts/disputes/recovery, and working in a team where you are supported and taught, we will be glad to hear from you.

Legal vacancies at ZАN AQIQAT: a place where results, discipline, and strong arguments matter

The legal market is strict: clients don’t pay for “nice wording” — they pay for outcomes. Recover money, reduce contract risk, run disputes without chaos, and defend a position in court. That’s why ZАN AQIQAT vacancies are not just hiring posts — they are an invitation to join a results-driven team working across business contract work, pre-trial claims, debt recovery, contract litigation, and international legal services for business.

Before applying, open the About the company page. It helps you understand priorities, workflow, and what “quality” means inside the team. For lawyers, that’s crucial: knowledge is not enough — document structure, deadlines, evidence discipline, and business communication standards define performance.

Who fits a strong legal team? People who think like business: measure risk, spot weak clauses, build a strategy before court, and know when negotiation beats a long dispute. If you focus on contracts, your value is contract review and contract drafting — turning messy terms into a clear system that protects the client.

If you prefer claims work, speed and precision matter: correspondence, invoices, acceptance acts, timelines, calculations. A pre-trial claim is not a formality — it’s leverage. A strong lawyer can draft a claim to the debtor in a way that reduces loopholes and increases the chance of voluntary payment.

Debt recovery requires discipline and follow-through. Unpaid invoices rarely disappear on their own. Success depends on documents, logic of demands, a structured path, and control through enforcement stages. This track is for people who like closing the loop — from first claim to real recovery.

Contract disputes and court representation are a separate level. A litigation lawyer for business must be exact: position, evidence, motions, deadlines, risk control. Court outcomes often depend less on emotion and more on whether the case is airtight.

And there is the international track: cross-border deals with foreign counterparties, currencies, deliveries, jurisdictions, correspondence, and acceptance terms. The cost of error is higher, so systematic thinking and attention to detail matter.
