Suitable for beer, kvass, juice drinks, fruit drinks, fruit purees and other products. Unicons Delta preserves the quality and taste of drinks, preventing spoilage caused by microbiological contamination.

Characteristics and application:

1. Beer:

- Dosage: 0.1-0.2 ml/l.

- Added before bottling.

- Extends shelf life, eliminates wild yeast, prevents bitterness and turbidity.

2. Kvass:

- Dosage: 0.1-0.15 ml/l.

- Added immediately before bottling.

3. Drinks, juices:

- For lemonades, fruit drinks, compotes: 0.05-0.2 ml/l at temperatures up to 40-50°C.

- For fruit concentrates: up to 0.5 ml/l.

4. Sweet syrups and molasses:

- Dosage: 0.1-0.2 ml/kg of product.
