How many ads can I post for free?
Now — 3 ads every month. The limit and available posting options are shown in the ad creation form.
What happens after the free limit?
Additional postings are paid separately. For Kazakhstan, the base price is currently 300 ₸ per ad over the limit. Conditions may vary for other countries: you will see your price before publishing. VIP, “Hot” ads, and promotions are separate optional tools.
How to get the bonus 1,000 ₸?
The bonus is credited when registering a new account. Use it to advertise your ads on Mytrade. Logging back into an existing account does not grant a new bonus. Your balance and available promotion methods are in your personal account.
Do I need a company or showcase to post?
No. Create a private individual account and post an item, service, car, or real estate. Purchasing a business showcase is not required for this.
Can I offer services, rent out, or give away for free?
Yes. For a service, specify what you do, where you work, and how the cost is calculated. For an item, choose the appropriate type of deal: sale, rent, or free. Available options depend on the category and are shown during posting.
How is a reel different from a story?
Reels are separate short videos: for example, an overview of an item or work process. Stories are suitable for moments, news, or short updates. Available publication methods and posting rules are shown in the account.
How will a buyer contact me?
The ad has a message button — it leads to communication on the platform. Public contact information depends on the filled details and active profile settings.
What can BIT do for a private user?
BIT helps find offers within Mytrade and understand ad information. Internal search is free. External search and other AI tools are separate features: availability and terms are shown before use. The promotional bonus in tenge and BIT Credits are different things.
When will the ad become visible to others?
After submission, the system checks the publication. If further verification is needed, you will see the status in the account. Exact timing is not promised in advance — monitor your ad's status.
Can I edit or remove an ad?
Yes. Manage your posts in your account: update description, price, and photos, remove outdated offers. If an edit requires verification, the status will be shown there as well.
What else will I find useful on Mytrade?
Save interesting offers to “Favorites,” chat in MyChat, leave a buyer’s request in “I want this.” If you’re looking for a job, vacancies and resumes are available in a separate section. All these are additional features of the same account.
