International SaaS project Grade is expanding its team of consultants and invites experts in business management, finance, HR, and IT processes.

Grade ERP is a business management system for IT companies, digital agencies, and service organizations. The platform helps manage finance, projects, employees, recruiting, budgets, and key business indicators in a unified system.

Due to the project's development in Kazakhstan, we are forming a pool of independent consultants who will assist Grade clients in implementing the system, configuring business processes, and maximizing the benefits of automation.

Who are we looking for?

We invite specialists in the following fields:

- CEO / Business Consultants — strategy, organizational structure, and operational management.

- COO / Operations Consultants — setting up operational processes, team and project management.

- CFO / Finance Consultants — P&L, Cash Flow, budgets, financial planning, and managerial accounting.

- HRD / HR Consultants — HR processes, personnel management, KPIs, and organizational development.

- Recruitment Consultants — setting up recruiting processes and managing the hiring funnel.

- CMO / Marketing Consultants — marketing analytics, KPIs, budgets, and marketing team processes.

- CRO / Sales Consultants — sales, funnels, commercial analytics, and client process management.

- CIO / CTO / IT Consultants — integrations, automation, digital transformation, and SaaS implementation.

- ERP / CRM Integrators — software configuration, data migration, user training, and implementation support.

- Project Management Consultants — project management, resource allocation, specialist workload, and profitability.

- Business Analysts — company process analysis and preparation of automation requirements.

Collaboration terms

Potential income: $5,000–8,000 per month for specialists meeting the project requirements and the scope of available work.
