1. General Provisions

1.1. These rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") govern the use of the Mytrade.kz marketplace (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and define the rights and obligations of users (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") and Mytrade.kz Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

1.2. Using the Platform means the User's full consent to these Rules.

2. Registration and account

2.1. To access the functionality of the Platform, the User must complete the registration procedure.

2.2. When registering, the User undertakes to provide reliable data and keep it up to date.

2.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account data and for all actions carried out under their account.

2.4. The Company reserves the right to block or delete the User's account in case of violation of the Rules.

3. Posting ads

3.1. Users can post ads for the sale of goods and services, rent, exchange and donation.

3.2. Ads must contain reliable information about the product or service.

3.3. It is prohibited to post ads containing:

-False or misleading information

-Insults and obscene language

-Materials that violate the rights of third parties

-Materials prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3.4. The Company reserves the right to delete ads that do not meet the requirements without notifying the User.

4.Advertising of announcements and banners

Rules for advertising ads:

4.1. The placement of advertisements and banners on the Mytrade.kz platform is carried out in accordance with the established rules and tariffs.

4.2. The platform administration reserves the right to reject or delete advertising that violates the law or the rules of the service.

4.3. By paying for the advertising promotion service, the user automatically agrees to the prices and conditions published in the "Advertising" section on the Mytrade Guide page.

4.4. You can pay for advertising in your Personal Account by choosing a convenient payment method.

4.5. The advertised ad must correspond to the categories and topics presented on the platform.

4.6. It is prohibited to mislead users, publish false information or incorrect contact information.

4.7. The ad must not contain aggressive advertising, offensive content or materials that violate copyright.

4.8. All advertisements are moderated before placement.

4.9. The user can connect advertising for one ad or select package promotion for several ads at the same time.

Placement of advertising banners:

4.10. Advertising banners must comply with the technical requirements of the platform and not violate generally accepted advertising standards.

4.11. Banners with flashing animation, pop-ups or content that distracts from the main functionality of the site are prohibited.

4.12. Advertising materials must be provided in high quality and correspond to the format specified in the "Advertising" section on the Mytrade Guide page.

4.13. Banner placement is possible only after approval by the platform administration.

Responsibility and payment terms:

4.14. The Mytrade.kz administration is not responsible for the content of advertisements and banners, but reserves the right to reject or delete advertisements that violate the rules of the service.

4.15. Payment for advertising services is made in the Personal Account, where the user can select advertising for one advertisement or for several advertisements at once, by connecting package advertising. Prices and advertising conditions for one advertisement or several advertisements are specified in the "Advertising" section on the Mytrade Guide page.

4.16. The user can pay for advertising services in the Personal Account using available payment systems. Payment is possible both for advertising one ad and for package advertising, which is distributed to several ads at once. Detailed methods of payment for advertising services can be found in the "Payment methods for advertising services" section on the Mytrade Guide page.

4.17. In case of violation of the rules, advertising materials can be removed without a refund.

4.18. When placing an advertisement on Mytrade.kz, users agree to the above rules and undertake to comply with them.

5. Communication and interaction

5.1. Users can communicate with each other through the built-in messaging system of the Platform.

5.2. It is prohibited to use the messaging system to send spam, fraud or threats.

5.3. All communications must be polite and respectful.

6. Payments and security

6.1. The Platform is not responsible for the execution of payments between Users.

6.2. Users are obliged to independently check the reliability of counterparties and the security of transactions.

6.3. It is prohibited to use the Platform to conduct illegal financial transactions.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. The Platform processes the personal data of Users in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7.2. The User, by accepting the Rules, agrees to the processing of their personal data.

8. Responsibility of the parties

8.1. The Company is not responsible for the content of advertisements posted by Users.

8.2. Users are responsible for compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan when using the Platform.

8.3. The Company does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the Platform and is not responsible for temporary failures in its operation.

9. Prohibited goods and services

9.1. It is prohibited to post advertisements for the sale of the following goods and services on the Platform:

-Narcotic substances and their analogues

-Weapons and ammunition

-Fake documents and money

-Counterfeit products

-Illegal services

10. Changes and additions

10.1. The Company reserves the right to make changes and additions to these Rules.

10.2. Changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the Platform.

10.3. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been made means the User's consent to the new Rules.

11. Final provisions

11.1. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Platform shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

11.2. In case of any questions or complaints, the User may contact the Platform support service using the contact information provided on the website.
