Hello!

People reach out to me not only when problems arise. Sometimes everything looks fine externally — the business is running, goals are achieved, experience and opportunities exist, but it becomes unclear where and why to move forward, and life feels something is missing.

I invite you to individual coaching sessions according to ICF standards. My additional specialization and area of special professional interest is the psychodynamic approach in Executive coaching (coaching for top leaders), as well as coaching people with experience in developing or managing their own business, including medium-sized entrepreneurship or senior and middle management.

How I can help you:

- make an important decision, understand a complex personal or business situation
- determine the future direction for the development of your company or business

- remain internally resilient when changing business areas or geography

- comfortably make a career transition, including at 40+ or 50

- understand what you want next when some goals are already achieved

- review priorities and find new meaning in work or life

- understand what prevents you from achieving success and feeling whole and satisfied

- other important personal or business requests

All our meetings take place online (Zoom, GoogleMeet) in a confidential and safe partnership atmosphere, where you can openly talk about what truly concerns you, explore difficult questions, and find your own answers and solutions.

How the work is organized:

• Introductory session of 60 minutes, where we discuss your request, conduct a trial session (30-40 minutes), and decide how best and most comfortable to build future work if we decide to continue.

• Working session of 50 minutes, where we work on your overall goal, giving special attention to the results of each session so that each meeting brings you the maximum benefit in achieving the main goal.

The introductory session is held upon request with 100% prepayment on the agreed day and time. Working sessions are held once a week according to a mutually agreed schedule. On average, about 4 sessions are needed to achieve sustainable results.

Available session packages:

- Introductory session (one-time session) — 20,000 ₸

- Package of 4 working sessions — 72,000 ₸

- Package of 8 working sessions — 139,000 ₸
