Collecting, analyzing and documenting business requirements for the development of IT solutions.

Experience as a business analyst for at least 1 year (preferably in IT or finance).

Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and ability to prepare documentation (BRD, SRS).

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent communication skills and interaction with clients.

Proficiency in business process modeling tools (BPMN, UML).

Skills in data analysis and working with Excel, SQL.

Ability to think logically and structure information.
