Hybrid solar power plant for production

50 kW hybrid solar power plant for PepsiCo in Kazakhstan

50 kW station with lithium-ion storage for the production complex: up to 75,000 kWh per year and a reserve for power outages.

About the project

For the PepsiCo site in Kazakhstan, we installed a hybrid power plant that makes the facility more self-sufficient in energy supply and helps the company fulfill its environmental commitments.

The system includes high-efficiency monocrystalline panels, inverters operating in hybrid mode, and a lithium-ion energy storage system. The storage unit provides uninterrupted power to critical consumers if the main grid goes down.

The workflow: a project tailored to the site's parameters and load profile, procurement of panels, inverters, and batteries, site preparation and installation, connection to the enterprise’s power system with testing and adjustment, commissioning, and monitoring of savings metrics.

According to calculations, electricity purchases from the grid are reduced by 30–40%, and costs are recovered within 5–7 years, considering possible government support for renewable energy.
