5 MW hybrid ground station with energy storage: up to 9 million kWh of clean electricity per year and connection to the city grid.
About the project
The station is built in the south of Kazakhstan and operates alongside the city power grid. It covers part of the region's electricity demand and reduces the load on traditional generation.
In this project, we completed the full cycle: from designing for the local insolation level to delivering the facility with permitting documentation. Modern mono- and bifacial modules with 20–22% efficiency are used, along with inverter equipment and energy storage systems that meet international standards.
Work stages: design, equipment procurement, construction and foundation installation, panel, inverter and storage system installation, grid synchronization, commissioning, and obtaining certifications.
The facility supports the country's goal of increasing the share of renewable energy sources in the energy balance, while also creating jobs and attracting investment to the region.
