Solar installation 13 kW for the Kazakh-German University in Almaty

About the project
The project was implemented as part of the Helio Solar initiative "Contribution to the Ecology of Kazakhstan." The 13 kW solar installation powers the building of the Kazakh-German University in Almaty and demonstrates how renewable energy works in an educational environment.
The system is based on highly efficient monocrystalline modules with an efficiency of over 20%, a Huawei SUN2000 inverter with intelligent control and grid connection, and the Huawei FusionSolar online platform, where energy production can be monitored in real time. The panels are installed on the roof of the building or on a separate ground-mounted structure.
The installation reduces the university’s electricity expenses and lowers CO₂ emissions. For students and staff, this serves as a learning example: data from the platform can be used in classes and project work.
